Postlicensing Classes – $199 (required textbook: NCREC website)

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires three 30 hour courses within 18 months of licensing to become a full broker.

Students will not be permitted to continue a class without proof of purchase of required textbooks/manuals and materials.

  • A Purchase Receipt is acceptable for download textbooks/manuals.
  • Be prepared to show your textbook/manual or receipt on the first day of class.

Post 301 Broker Relationships & Responsibilities

This course is only available to agents LICENSED after Oct 1, 2005. The course outlines agency relationships and duties, as well as working with both sellers and buyers within the area of residential sales.
