Continuing Education Classes – $65 each

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires that all licensees complete a minimum of eight (8) hours of Continuing Education by June 10 of each year in order to renew a license. All necessary books are included in our course fee.

Continuing Education - General Update 2019/2020

The 2019-2020 General Update (GenUp) is a four (4) hour course that must be completed by all provisional and non-provisional brokers who are not brokers-in-charge and/or do not have BIC-Eligible status and who wish to renew their licenses on active status on July 1, 2020, for the 2020-2021 license year. Refer to Commission Rules 58A.1702. and 58A.1703 for a full explanation of brokers annual continuing education requirements. This years GenUp consists of the following sections: 1: Competence of Licensees 2: Material Facts 3: Home Inspections 4: Wire Fraud 5: Law and Rule Updates 6: Licensing and Education
